The first key, he continues, is to find “Strong winds” and “Fertile soils” as well as the uniqueness of your business. Fanatical disciplines, go for dominance, and seek for the right culture come to follow. The most important is leadership as he explicated as Led by example, Have the unlimited ambition, and Care about your people needs. “Their needs are more important than the leaders need, “he added. The last but not least is to build the reputation as well as to do the right networking.

Moreover, said Pak Teddy, fanatical disciplines and winning team are significant to execute the business. ?Use fanatical disciplines in exploiting and standardizing your uniqueness. Also, choose your winning team mainly based on character and passion while IQ comes later,” advised the ITB alumnus.
